Jason reporting in from the arid high plains of Colorado
Three weeks into summer 2012, the recent heat wave has been
nothing less than onerous. It has been
above 100 here and the whole Mississippi
Valley for a week. Why it is called the Mississippi Valley
when the area is east of the meridian that bisects the country is a mystery. I heard that the early heat wave killed 53
people! I have become susceptible to
heat stress for the past five summers here and can understand how heat
(hyperthermia) can kill a person.
A side effect of staying out of the heat is
complacency. Wow, am I fucking sick of
doing time and trying to stay ambitious.
Who wants to trade their hectic life for my mundane one? A one week reprieve for both of us ;).
I hope you all have had time to read anything here about my
recent judicial complaint. What you
should know is that your civil servants (definitely in the judicial branch and
likely to a similar extent in the legislative and executive) are absolutely
foul! In my experience they have been
exclusively obtuse and disdainful toward their job descriptions at all levels
of the judicial branch.
I believe this is a result of personal indulgence, because
the judicial branch has the least oversight, thus they perpetrate their foul behavior
because they can.
This describes exactly what Thomas Jefferson was most
concerned about when framing up the U.S. Constitution – omnipotent and self
serving government.
Regarding other hubristic self-serving shot callers: I have been reading about the Wall Street
CEO’s that engineered the financial collapse.
Keep an eye on the unfolding Barclay’s Bank scandal of fixing the LIBOR
rate. There is expected to be BIG International
litigation that may bring down BIG International banks and hedge funds!
Peace. Dum spiro,
spero.
Jason
Hi all,
I have not posted the actual documents regarding the latest
judicial complaint but have posted an editorial regarding the less than subtle
maneuverings of the judicial branch. It
has been sent to Denver Westword which is part of the media group of The
Village Voice. Keep your fingers crossed
that they will publish it. Read on to “Stuck on Stupid.”
Also Jason is asking that people contact the Institute for
the Advancement of the American Legal System as he has asked them for help in
holding the Commission of Judicial Justice accountable. A simple one liner saying you support him and
hope they can help would be great. A
form is available on their web site.
