Are People Bad?

John Bruna spoke last night at this facility. He has a great story of nothing but potential for failure and a different path through sobriety and Buddhist monkhood. He, of course, has great compassion and believes no one wants to be a bad person. I wish I could agree with him.

My experience (and knowledge of human history) leads me to believe that disgusting numbers of humans strive to be bad people. Correspondingly, societies tend toward dictatorship where good people "need" harsh judgements from bad people - dictators.

It is the one hundredth anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution. The reason the peasant class could not achieve a socialist liberty from the tsarist and aristocratic oppression is because the revolutionary leaders became replacement dictators. In striving to eliminate the inherently bad oppressors they became those self-same oppressors.

Boards of Directors and executive suites of the US. corporatocracy are the current bad people dictators. No evolution to evil of the proletariat can confront and over throw stable and concentrated evil of the gangster shot callers of the corporate construct. There is the possibilty of the gov't corpse rotting from under the construct; as desired by the drain-the-swamper’s. This will be the only sliver of hope for good people to revolt, and destabilize the corporate dictatorship. The more likely result will be formal reconstitution as an official corporatocracy. We just cannot
become evil enough to confront the current Board of Directors paradigm of dictatorship.

Success Is The Ultimate Excuse

I've written often on the blind pursuit of convictions by district attorneys and attorneys general. Convictions are their metric of performance and exclusive reasons to exist. More convictions equals better "success"; quality and correctness of conviction irrelevant. This makes their client a balance sheet, their ego, and deception; in varying proportions but always contrary to the interests of "the people."

The Colorado A.G. is about to represent the CDOC against me, in exactly this manner. By all too common irony I will be representing the people's interest in interstate compact transfer, against the state agency. This is the case with almost all filings against prisons. The prison system (as supported by the AG.) wants more, and fuller, prisons! The people want a better product at the exit gate.

Success to the A. G. will be defeating my suit for the restoration of interstate corrections compact. They will show yet another defeated inmate lawsuit. It will be sold as the state over inmates, and the people will never ask of which party their interests align. The A. G. has sold their "success" as the ultimate excuse to continue in degeneracy.

All people should question all the success of all authority - corporate, gov't ... - perpetrated against them. Capital (the corporate construct and its few operators) manipulate labor by selling their success as the people's group success. Its not success, it is theft of all output and desires into numbers on a ledger and less of everything human for the people.

My words to the corporate construct: sell your success to someone else. It is not an excuse for anything.

Who knew men of authority and influence had twisted perspectives on sexuality. Well everyone has known, just not the extent of the twistedness. The foulest offenders started the exposure and the groundswell of lesser offenders has burst through, for corrective measures to a culturally imbedded and systemic problem.

The culturally imbedded and systemic abuses of omnipotent prisons are finally having near groundswell exposure. Let's see if there can be a tipping point and some meaningful changes. Here are the issues in ascendancy: CDOC exposed for labeling offenders violent that were not so labeled by the prosecuting courts; CDOC exposed for violating law for calculating ALL multiple sentences (since 1992); CDOC accused of violating parole and colluding with parole board to keep ALL (but pet) inmates until their mandatory releases [See my complaint to Ch.7 news and state legislators for investigation of parole board.]; CDOC exposed for repealing Interstate
Corrections Compact statutory law. The last one is by my civil suit accusing the misfeasors of repealing the law in violation of constitutional separation of powers.

Their response thus far has been a fuck you on par with Roy Moore's repudiation of his pedophilia. I caught them with a hangnail in the regulations that stated how to comply with the law, they had to their mind repealed. They deleted the complying portion of their regulation.

Here's the progression (of perverted thought): we, omnipotent CDOC, shall ignore the law of interstate compact for inmate transfers ... oh, we still have internal rules that acknowledge thelaw ... delete that internal rule and continue to recklessly ignore the law. Clearing their browser history docs not address their illness of omnipotent abuse. In fact, I've demanded $5000 damages for their attempted cover-up.

Everybody keep the exposure and requests for investigation going, until there is meaningful compliance with LAW.  Jason #111132
